Chest circumference is measured to ascertain and discern the difference of standard to miniature.
Dachshund’s temperament and behavior vary from one classification to another. These playful and active beings are best companions for they exude loyalty to their masters. Those doxies who have long furs and coats are normally the calm and silent in personality. They can play around yet, are composed and well behaved. Then again, the wired hair dachshunds are those with lively characteristics. They have loud barks and oftentimes destructive when they feel bored. However, dachshunds are easier to train only that you allotted more quality and training time for these dogs. They never see their small and elongated figures as a disadvantage and would even challenge large dogs.
